Fouad Ismail Fouad Mustafa Darwish is an international anti-corruption specialist and data analyst with over 15 years of experience in law enforcement, policy design, and strategic project management. He has proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams, conducting high-profile investigations, and implementing AI-based solutions for government digital transformation. He is skilled at drafting multilateral agreements, managing international partnerships, and publishing research in the field of governance and corruption prevention. He is fluent in both English and Arabic (CEFR C1/C2).
He published his first book in 2019, "Fighting Corruption: US Foreign Policy and the Case of Ukraine," and has authored more than 100 short stories, all unpublished, some of which are circulating online.
