International and constitutional laws (MA); philosophy, sociology, and political science (BA), and information science and bibliography.

Academic Institutions: Paris University (La Sorbonne), Baghdad University and Moscow University.
Numerous training courses and seminars, held in Baghdad, Cairo, Beirut, Geneva, Paris, Copenhagen and Moscow (VINITY), organized by the United Nations Bodies and UN Specialized Agencies, such as UNDP, ILO and UNIDO, in such subjects as international law, human development, labor relations, information science and industrialization.

Experience
Inter alia, attorney at law, member of Iraqi Bar Association since 1962; Director General and President of the Board in State Organization of Industry, Iraq; Director of the office of Industrial and Public Relations at the Iraqi Federation of Industries; Editor in chief of Al-Sinai (the Industrialist رئيس تحرير مجلة الصناعي ) ; Executive Director of Iraqi Management Association ;Editor in chief of Iraqi Management and Administrative Journal رئيس تحرير مجلة إدارة الأعمال العراقية الشهرية; International Staff member of United Nations since 1971 as Information Assistant and Reviser in Arabic Service in UNHQ,NYC.

Frequent attendance at International and Regional Conferences, held in Europe, North Africa and the Middle East. Active member in copious NGOs, such as Arab National Congress, Beirut; Journalists Association, Baghdad, Jurists Association, Bagdad, Arab Club, UN; Association Francophone, UN, New York, etc.

Writing and publishing hundreds of papers, research studies and articles in Journals, magazines and other periodicals, published in Baghdad, Beirut, London, Paris, Cairo, Alger, Casa Blanca and New York .

My Message to younger Arab generation in America is to build rational solid bridges between Arab Society and American/Western Society, to help mutual understanding and co operation.
