A Study on General Management and Clinical Management in some related sectors (including Healthcare Institutions)

Management is a vital aspect of the economic life of man, which is an organized group activity. Management occupies such an important place in the modern world that the welfare of the people and the destiny of the country are very much influenced by it. The need of existence of management has increased tremendously. Management is essential not only for business concerns but also for banks, schools, colleges, hospitals, hotels, religious bodies, charitable trusts, etc. Management has achieved an enviable importance in recent times. We are all intimately associated with many kinds of organizations, the most omnipresent being the government, the school and the hospital. In fact, more and more of major social tasks are being organized on an institution basis. Like: Medical care centers, pharmacies, hospitals, education, recreation, irrigation, lighting, sanitation, etc, which typically used to be the concern of the individual or the family, are now the domain of large organizations. The purpose of this book is to understand general management concepts with explaining and fundamentals like: management types, and essential managers skills, theories and other fundamental related topics. Also, to explore and study the importance of management knowledge, focusing on general management knowledge and culture in general or in some health care organizations and in clinical organizations like medical care centers, pharmacies, hospitals, and clinical research centers. Also, to estimate the results including positive and negative outcomes through management process, and role of the management for decreasing the risks of diseases or threads in any medical or health care institution. This book is written according to my experience in my job, my knowledge, and my studies in summarized way.
