Saliha Naidja was born on June 20, 1972, in Constantine, Algeria.
She received her primary, secondary, and university education in the same city. *She obtained her baccalaureate degree in 1992 and enrolled in the Institute of Foreign Languages, English department.
*She obtained her bachelor's degree in 1996 and moved to the university, where she taught technical languages. She also taught at other levels, including primary and middle school, eventually becoming a high school teacher. *In her early career, she was known as "Hazina Sirta" (Sad Cirta).
*She writes prose poetry and translates poetry and essays. Many of her poems have been published in newspapers such as "Al-Nasr," "Al-Yawm," "Al-Sha'ab," "Al-Ahrar," and "Al-Ayyam," as well as in Iraqi and other Arab magazines and dailies published by the Ministry of Culture.
*She has participated in numerous interviews and meetings on the sidelines of various cultural events, offering her opinions.
*She has participated in several literary gatherings and poetry festivals in Guelma (3 times), Biskra (6 times), Setif (3 times), El Eulma (once), and El Kala (twice). Literary gatherings in Skikda, Annaba, Oum El Bouaghi, El Tarf, and Souk Ahras
