Mohammad Rabie was born in 1978. He graduated from Faculty of Engineering in 2002. His first novel Amber Planet “ Kawkab Anbar”, published in 2010 was awarded first prize in the emerging writer's category of Sawiris Cultural Award Competition in 2012. His second novel “ Year of the Dragon” was released in 2012.
