A colloquial poet, prose poet, and short-story writer
• Born in Cairo, of southern Egyptian descent (Assiut)
• Graduate of the “Idafa” Creative Workshop, Class 7, 2014
• Participated twice in the University Youth Creativity Competition and was honored at the Regional Conference
Works and Activities: He has contributed extensively to cultural magazines and poetry forums, such as the House of Arabic Poetry.
He published a poetry collection titled *Ahwa Samra*, which was featured at the Cairo International Book Fair
He also has a prose poetry collection currently in press titled *Liquid Windows* as well as an environmental poetry collection titled “War of the Leaves.”
Academic Background: He is a master’s researcher at the Institute of Environmental Research at Damanhour University, specializing in the study of environmental literature and creativity and their relationship to modern technology.
