Dr Hana Soliman (MBBCh, MSc, Ph.D.)

- Completed her medical studies in Cairo

- Completed postgraduate studies in psychiatry and clinical neurophysiology.

- Her doctoral research at the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences in Moscow concentrated on the psychophysiology of schizophrenia syndromes.

- She pursued further research in clinical neurophysiology in Cairo, examining the psychophysiological aspects of thought and its disorders in schizophrenia and mania.

- Held a professorship throughout her academic career in Egypt until 2021.

- Served as a member of the editorial board for "Man and Evolution," a periodical published in Arabic by The Association of Evolutionary Psychiatry in Egypt.

- Following a long career as a consultant psychiatrist with the NHS, she currently works as an independent consultant psychiatrist in London.

- Her interests encompass theatre and literature, especially in relation to understanding human behaviour.

- Besides her academic publications in psychiatry, she has written articles in Arabic and translated the book "Wisdom, Intelligence, and Creativity Synthesized by Robert Sternberg" into Arabic.
