Mr. Chaaban, was appointed in 1976 the Vice-President of the American Institute of Internal Auditors along with his job due to his communication skills and held a post of " The President of the Toastmasters Club" Tallahassee, Florida , USA. In 1975 due to his systematic , organized, and planning, abilities in lifting the TMC to its reputable position .

Mr. Chaaban has put a lot of years in planning to various contracting and trading companies. In addition, he has created and developed a planning methodology in USA, called PDMS, Planning, Development, Managing, & Scheduling, Therefore, having involved ,in the Planning-Oriented Concept and become my priority in my future decision accomplishments .

Mr. Chaaban is highly qualified in Project Management through the preparation of budgeting, Cash Flow management analysis, cost / expenditures controls and most important, creating the application of " Managerial Accounting ".Analytical Reports to Corporate Management and the suggested recommendations to be carried out if implemented through a sound decision-making .
