Yousri Alghoul (Palestine) is a fiction writer, novelist, essayist and human rights activist. He published two novels, five short stories' collections and wrote many articles about life in Gaza, covering all major events since 2002.

His works are widely known and popular in Palestine. Yousri is active in the field of literature, journalism, human rights, Political affairs and youth activism which enabled him to have a wide network of contacts both locally and internationally. So he published Gaza Hub- Global Shapers Community ( A youth initiative created by World Economic Forum), and created Cordoba Cultural Initiative for elite authors in Gaza. moreover, Shaghaf Cultural Initiative for youth in Gaza.

Yousri is a member of Palestinian writers union, YMCA Cultural committee member in Gaza and a number of civil society organizations.

Yousri holds a master's degree of Middle East studies from Al-azhar university in gaza. He participated in many speaking tours and conferences in the USA, Azerbaijan, Malaysia, Spain, Germany, Belgium, France and Egypt about Palestinian affairs, related not only to his coverage of  literature but also in politics, diversity and integration. Yousri believes that there were many nations but one humanity.

In 2006 his story "Il Passagio" was featured in a collaboration between Arab World Books and the Arabist Daniele migliore - Orientale University - Napoli where stories representing Palestinian Literature during the Second Intifada were translated into Italian.
